Wednesday saw the second day of voting for the run-off of the Shura Council elections in the governorates of Giza, Qalyubia, Sharqia, Beheira, Kafr El-Sheikh, Ismailia, Port Said, Suez, Matruh, Beni Suef, Minya, Sohag, Luxor and Aswan.
The observers of the Egyptian Coalition for Electoral Observation reported low participation, with isolated incidents of electoral violations reported from Beni Suef and Minya.
