The Advocacy Director is primarily responsible for developing policy agendas and messages that reflect TIMEP’s positions and mission and works with in-house experts and external partners to advance TIMEP’s objectives.
The Copy Editor will work closely with the Editorial Manager to provide editorial support, with the aims of improving and maintaining the quality and quantity of TIMEP’s publications, as well as reviewing the institute’s external communications.
The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing a clear and comprehensive communication strategy; working on effective approaches to disseminate and publicize TIMEP analysis and advocacy positions; and promoting its project output and publications.
The Bassem Sabry Democracy Fellowship was established in memory of Egyptian political writer and commentator Bassem Sabry. The fellowship is awarded to a young professional with a background in journalism, international relations, political science, or other relevant field who is interested in undertaking research on the Middle East or North Africa.
The Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy (TIMEP) is currently accepting applications for its Nonresident Fellowship Program.
