The run-off round of parliamentary elections wrapped up today in the governorates of Giza, Ismailia, Suez, Beni Suef, Aswan, Sharqia, Beheira, Monofeya and Sohag amid low voter turnout and calls for continued protests.
A total of 172 seats were determined, of which 79 went to the Freedom and Justice Party, 48 went to the Nour Party, and 14 went to the Wafd Party.
