Coptic groups gathered outside provincial government headquarters in Aswan to protest the government’s response to the September 30 attack on a village church in Marinab. Members of the Maspero Youth Union, Copts Without Restrictions, and Free Copts demonstrated to condemn the attack and to demand further government action, including the dismissal of the provincial governor and the rebuilding of the damaged church.
