Munteha Shukralla is the Director of Operations at the Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy (TIMEP). She has over two decades of experience in leadership, operations, and program management, alongside a long-standing track record in international affairs, civil society strengthening, and human rights across the MENA region, especially on Israel and Palestine. She has led multi-country delegations, facilitated briefings for policymakers and diplomats, and managed complex programs supported by US government agencies, multilateral institutions, and leading NGOs. Munteha holds a BA in International Studies from Portland State University and an MA in International Studies from the University of Washington.
