Andreina De Leo is an Early Stage Researcher (ESR) within the LIMES doctoral program's project "EU’s Shifting Borders - Scrutinizing Externalization of Migration Management and International Protection Responsibilities." She is based at the Department of International and European Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Maastricht, in the Netherlands.
