Bachar El-Halabi

Bachar El-Halabi, LLM is a Lebanese activist and the senior Geopolitical Analyst for the Middle East and North Africa at ClipperData Analytics, NYC. His published work focuses on Lebanese politics and regional geopolitical-related developments. He is the author of Human Rights and the Arab Spring: The Cases Of Tunisia And Egypt (St. James's Studies In World Affairs). Bachar was previously a scholar at the American University of Beirut and the program coordinator for movements of civil society in the MENA at the Asfari Institute for Civil Society and Citizenship. He also served as the National Visiting Professional (NVP) at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL), the Trial Chamber, the Hague, Netherlands, and a journalist/MENA analyst at the international news station France24 in Paris.
