Ghazoua Ltaief is a development practitioner with an extensive experience in grants and project management with international agencies and projects. Her latest experience consisted in managing grants with the USAID project “Tunisia Accountability, Decentralization and Effective Municipalities,” assisting municipalities in improving service delivery to local citizens. She also managed Fondation de France's programs in Tunisia aiming to facilitate youth and women's access to economic opportunities. Through her volunteering experience with various youth NGOs and networks (such as Sawty and the Global Shapers by the World Economic Forum), she advocates for a better participation of youth and women in policy making. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Governance, Development, and Public Policy at the University of Sussex as a Chevening Scholar.
