Heba AlSawahli is a medical doctor with a master’s degree in public policy from the American University in Cairo, with a concentration in social and environmental policy. She has worked with various local and international non-governmental organizations in Cairo, Egypt. In her professional experience, she led a population-based study on eye health services, conducted many needs assessments in the field of health development, and designed community interventions for health.
