Maroun Sfeir is a governance and elections specialist who has managed the implementation of projects focused on electoral assistance, election observation, electoral and political assessments, advocacy, and civic education, with several organizations including the United Nations Development Program, the European Union, the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, and the National Democratic Institute. Maroun has worked extensively in the MENA region as well as in Togo, Mauritania, Mali, Cambodia, and Nepal. Maroun is also the co-founder of FRAME LIFE, a Beirut-based organization that uses innovative online and on-the-ground actions to engage individuals around the Mediterranean in a collective visual dialogue about their communities. Maroun holds a Masters of Professional Studies in Political Management from George Washington University.
