Ryan J. Suto is a Research Associate at TIMEP. Before joining the Institute, Mr. Suto interned with the United Nations Development Program in Bahrain, where he worked on human rights and national reconciliation. He graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in law, international relations, and public relations as part of the Law and Public Diplomacy program. There he concentrated on international law, post-conflict reconstruction, and the Middle East. He also holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and philosophy from Penn State University.
