Valeska Heldt

Valeska Heldt is a German lawyer by training, currently working as a Research Fellow at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Rule of Law Programme for the Middle East & North Africa based in Beirut, Lebanon. Valeska previously worked in the field of international criminal law, in projects related to the Rwandan Genocide and German IS returnees from Syria and Iraq. She holds LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University.
