Lisa Guirado
Legal Intern

Lisa Guirado is a Legal Intern at TIMEP. Prior to joining the institute, she interned at the Human Rights Council, at the Human Rights Council Branch of the United Nations in Geneva, and focused on human rights and Mediterranean and Middle Easter studies. Previously, Lisa interned with NGOs and non-profit organizations in Greece, Morocco, and France that focused on asylum seekers’ rights and assistance. She obtained a double Master’s degree diploma in International Affairs from Sciences Po Lyon and in international law, human rights, and humanitarian action from the University of Aix-Marseille, France. She also holds two university degrees, one on contemporary Arab world and the other as an international lawyer and humanitarian field worker.
